1. Summary
DSSD/DTSD51 Three Phase Static Multi-function Energy Meter (HF)is designed according to market demands and international metering
standards. It can measure active/reactive energy and max demand in
4 tariffs; record parameters (voltage, current and power etc.) in
real time; and monitor meter faults such as voltage loss and
current loss etc. It also can read meter via infrared or RS485
port.

2. Functions and Features
2.1 Positive and negative active/reactive energy measurement in TOU
2.2 4 time zones, 4 tariffs, 10 time segments and 5 day tables
2.3 Active/reactive max demand measurement, sliding time can be set
as required
2.4 Energy data of last two months; Billing data of last 12 months,
billing date can be set as required
2.5 Voltage, current, active/reactive power and PF measurement in
real time
2.6 Alarm if voltage loss, current loss or reverse phase sequence
occurs; events record such as voltage loss, current loss, voltage
qualified rate, programming, demand reset, broadcast time
synchronization etc.
2.7 Meter programming via PC or HHU with program switch and
password protection
2.8 LCD scroll display or display by pushing button/remote infrared
controller
2.9 Pulse testing output and 1Hz clock output
2.10 Independent infrared port and RS485 port with less mutual
interference when communicating, RS485 baud rate can be set within
1200~9600bps
2.11 Waking up the meter by Infrared port or button to realize
meter reading under no energy
2.12 Energy freezing in real time or at 0:00
